Commissioned by developer Metrixx, Atelier Krouwel has created a design vision for a sustainable business park, Metrixx - Breda. With a usable floor area of ​​approximately 14,000m², the project offers numerous opportunities for the (manufacturing) industry and businesses in Breda and the surrounding area. Sustainable ambitions are central to this proposal. Sustainable materials are used thanks to the CLT construction and a combination of polycarbonate and Douglas fir elements on the facade.

In opdracht van ontwikkelaar Metrixx heeft Atelier Krouwel een ontwerpvisie opgeleverd voor een duurzaam bedrijvenpark Metrixx - Breda. Het project biedt met een gebruikersoppervlak van ±14.000m2 veel mogelijkheden voor de (maak)industrie en bedrijvigheid in Breda en omstreken. Duurzame ambities staan centraal in dit voorstel. Duurzaam materiaal gebruik dankzij de CLT-constructie en combinatie gevelafwerking polycarbonaat en douglas plankieren.
